Founded in 2018 by two industry professionals with a shared vision, Frontline Construction was established to deliver high-quality, dependable general contracting services across the United States. With a hands-on leadership approach, the founders have grown Frontline into a trusted name in commercial construction.
Today, Frontline Construction holds active licenses in 21 states, with a strong operational footprint throughout the Midwest, South, and Western United States. Our team brings deep industry expertise and a commitment to excellence across every project we undertake.

Meet the Team

Austin Turner is a construction industry veteran with global experience and a strong foundation in project management and business development. A native of Golden, Colorado, he earned his Construction Management degree from Colorado State University before launching a career that has taken him across the U.S. and around the world.
Austin’s early work included heavy civil projects on the East Coast and military construction in Iraq and Kuwait. He later led luxury retail builds in the U.S. and managed global store expansions, completing over 80 projects in 40+ countries. His leadership extended to Latin America, where he oversaw regional growth from Mexico City.
As Co-Founder of Frontline Construction, He oversees project management, finance, and strategic growth, while also contributing to construction education as a guest lecturer at Colorado State University.

Kyle Fabra brings a unique blend of discipline, leadership, and entrepreneurial vision to Frontline Construction. After serving honorably as an Army Ranger Medic, Kyle transitioned into the commercial construction industry in 2006, taking on the role of Director of Operations for a Texas-based firm specializing in mining equipment and power generation repair. His work spanned both national and international projects, sharpening his operational expertise and fueling his drive to build something of his own.
In Co-founding Frontline Construction, Kyle leveraged his deep industry knowledge to create a company that delivers high-end construction management, and general contracting services across the United States. Based in Colorado, Frontline has grown under his leadership into a trusted name in commercial and restaurant construction.
Kyle oversees all aspects of operations, including field management, and on-site execution.

Jason Myers leads the company’s financial strategy and oversees all aspects of accounting, finance, treasury management, budgeting, and audit functions. His leadership ensures financial integrity and supports Frontline’s continued growth and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Frontline, Jason served as Director of Finance for a multi-million-dollar transportations company, where he spent over 13 years managing comprehensive financial operations, including procurement and risk management.
Jason began his career at KPMG LLP, where he advanced to the position of Senior Audit Manager. During his 8 years at the firm, he led numerous financial statement audits and consulting engagements across a variety of industries.
He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). Mr. Myers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Metropolitan State College of Denver.

Shawn Brannon brings nearly 22 years of experience working in the Denver Metro Area as part of a broader career managing site development, ground-up construction and large renovation projects. His diverse portfolio includes mid-rise oice buildings, large historic renovations, adaptive reuse, restaurants, as well as educational and medical facilities. As Director of Project Management – Construction, Shawn provides executive oversight and leverages his urban construction expertise to guide the team through complex coordination and risk mitigation. He serves as a senior advisor on projects, helping ensure the project aligns with the owner’s goals while navigating unique challenges
